摘要
A novel oxindole alkaloid macroxine (1) has been isolated from the leaves of Alstonia macrophylla and its structure was established on the basis of ID and 2D NMR experiments including HOHAHA, HMQC and HMBC measurements. It is the first member of a new class of oxindole alkaloids.
