摘要
Student success and self-esteem while involved with distance learning can be defined in many ways. Studies indicated there could be a relationship between distance learning and self-esteem among college students in many disciplines including Accounting and Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Although research exists on success and distance learning, limited research can be identified on self-esteem and self-efficacy in MS online courses. MS continues to be an ever-changing discipline because of technology and changing needs of the global environment. This study will be important to students, advisors, faculty members and distance-learning software providers such as WebCT.
