摘要
We report pregnancy in a 42 year-old patient who received donated cryopreserved oo-cytes. Eight of 10 frozen-thawed oocytes survived and ICSI was performed two hours after culture at 37 degrees C. After 3 days in culture 3 good quality embryos were transferred obtaining a pregnancy consisting in two gestational sacs, currently live newborns.
