摘要:
The results of Vickers microhardness measurements on (100) and (001) surfaces respectively, of YBa2Cu3Ox single crystals are reported. It was found that the hardness ratio of (100) to (001) surfaces is 1.8 for the tetragonal phase and 1.2 for the orthorhombic phase.
