摘要
The relational-cultural supervision model that integrates relational-cultural theory (Jordan, 2010) concepts within a supervisory context is presented. Essential practices (language, conceptualization, and therapeutic techniques) and processes (moving toward connection and authenticity, fostering mutual empathy, supporting vulnerability, working with relational images, building relational resilience, and acknowledging social context during training) are described and demonstrated using a case illustration. Conclusions associated with model development are provided.
