摘要
This article intends to broaden the discussion around the topic related to digital technologies in graduate school through a literature review. It starts with a brief justification on how important the basic education is in reading, since it is responsible for the development of reading cognitive abilities, as well as the development of the reading habit. The topic is discussed in the light of the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB) and finds theoretical support in Palloff and Pratt (2013), Kearsley (2012), Faria (2009), Grillo and Gessinger (2008), Kenski (2000) and presents propositions of the use of digital tools as an enhancer of studying and propelling new skills to read and write in the virtual environment. Clarifies that digital technologies and online tools can assist in the processes of teaching and learning in post-graduate, in order that teachers and students of contemporaneity are networked. Furthermore, announces that these technologies can interfere positively enhancing reading, communication and interaction, through the exchanges made through electronic messages, the virtual learning environments, and also through social networks.
