摘要
The synthesis of the polymer-supported (polystyrene) C-11-labelled precursors [C-11]methyltriphenylphosphonium iodide and [C-11]cyanoalkyltriphenylphosphonium halides is presented. The polymer-supported precursors were used in Wittig reactions for the synthesis of C-11-labelled terminal and branched alkenes. C-11-labelled alkenes were formed in 2-98% decay corrected radiochemical yield, counted from [C-11]methyl iodide or hydrogen [C-11]cyanide, respectively, in 9-13 min. In the case of the branched alkenes, exclusive formation of the Z-isomer was observed.
