'Lived Religion' in Rome. The Theoretical- Methodological Aspects of Research center dot This introductory note aims at presenting the constituent milestones of the methodological cycle of an research survey on Lived Religion in Rome, carried out and which involved the collaboration, in a comparative study, of universities from six different countries (Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, Spain and Italy). In particular, the aim of the qualitative method used here was an understanding of the subjective sense and the point of view of social actors, and with the intension of bringing to light the 'sociological views' of social actors and their definitions of different aspects of religious life.
