摘要
Integration processes require the establishment of a subject that enables the necessary consensus for integrationist advances. In a region where integration processes are organized by inter-governmentalism, the establishment of a central axis, formed by the most important countries, is fundamental for concrete progress. Unlike the triad of Argentina, Brazil and Chile (ABC) conceived by some during the twentieth century, what is observed today is the structuring of a new regional motor in South America formed by Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela. This paper examines the scenario and possible formation of a "shared hegemony" in order to investigate the possibilities and importance of composing a new integrationist motor in South America, formed by Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela: the ABV.
