摘要
An existing thermomechanical finite-element model of the hot rolling process is used to simulate the structure evolution in the strip. The equations which describe the grain-size variations during the hot deformation are implemented in the model. The local values of temperatures, strain rates and strains are used in calculations, allowing the determination of the grain-size distribution across the strip. The results of calculations carried out for the seven-stand hot-strip mill are presented in this paper.
