摘要
This article discusses the formation of the ideology and identity of the business managers of Volta Redonda. One can understand ideology as a constitutive part of the social structure, an expression of the consciousness of men, therefore, corresponds to a way of thinking that society expresses a point of view of fundamental classes exist. Thus, identity is constructed in the discursive space of the relationship between individuals, i.e., the interaction of the self with the you. (cf. BRANDAO, 20010, p. 76). To develop the work we performed interviews with company managers Volta Redonda. Based on the data, it was conducted the analysis of the ideological and subjective identity of managers.
