摘要
The vortex penetration field Hp being determined from Mzfc(T) sharp drop onset can be changed by oxygen annealing of a crystal at ≃400°C and is approximated by Hp(T)≃tα for t=1-T/Tc≤10-1. For crystals, saturated with oxygen, Hp≅Hc1 with α=(0.5+0.7 & 0.7+0.8) for field parallel and perpendicular to ab-plane respectively. Hc1-dependences obtained are ascribed to the critical fluctuations in high-Tc superconductors. Magnetic penetration depth λ⊥(T) deduced from M∥(T)-data obtained beyond Tc is in a satisfactory agreement with this model and can be fitted by λ⊥∼t-β with β=1/2 and 1/3 as well. © 1990, Elsevier Science Publishers B.V.
