摘要
We consider basic methods for the evaluation of strength, deformability, and crack-growth resistance of reinforced concrete beams within the framework of mechanics and fracture mechanics of reinforced concrete and analyze their advantages and disadvantages. We conclude that the delta(c)-Leonov-Panasyuk model and equations of subcritical crack growth are suitable for the analysis of strength of reinforced concrete elements.
