摘要
To investigate the inheritance of wheat gliadin composition, electropherograms of 83 inbred lines from the 2nd backcross of ''Bezostaja 1'' .times. ''Merlin'' to ''Bezostaja 1'' were analyzed. Four genetic effective factors for the differences in electropherograms were observed, one of them controlling a section of several bands inherited as a unit. Differences in gliadin composition were not related to differences in sedimentation value or specific sedimentation value.
