摘要：

In this paper we establish the decay of the homogeneous H-m norms for solutions to the Navier Stokes equations in two dimensions. The rates of decay are obtained by means of the Fourier splitting method. The rate obtained is optimal in the sense that, it coincides with the rates for solutions to the heat system.
