摘要
The aim of this study is to analyze the education for peace in coexistence university, which has recently located a significant stage product changes in the environment of social reality. For a review of that subject was counted with the support of theories that are the basis for addressing the issues raised, among which are: UNICEF (2010), UN (1997), Bisquerra (2008), Ometto (2004), Vergara (2006), Tuvilla (2006), Castro and Duenas (2008), Dussel (2006), Savater (2006), Martinez (2006), John Paul II (2001), among others. Similarly, the interpretive approach is descriptive through the analysis of documents. It is concluded that the peace education within the university coexistence, is a particular form of values education, whose purpose is the development of activities such as: living, participation, citizenship, and tolerance in the entire world's youth, thus enabling the development of these values for true social harmony.
