摘要
The examined Turkish soils showed at low contents of organic matter a relative high number of microorganisms and a high turnover. Striking, especially, was the intensity of nitrification: 16.1% of the soils transformed between 10 to 37.4% of Nt to NO3-N within 9 days. With the exception of the number of bacteria all microbial characteristics showed significant correlations to one or more physical and/or chemical parameters of the soil. Particularly clear correlations were found found between microbial activities and the contents on organic matter and Nt. Besides, CO2 formation NO3 enrichment correlation positive with the contents in K2O, moreover the CO2 formation to the contents in clay. The number of fungi and the CO2 formation showed mostly negative correlations to the pH value. On the other hand, the CO2 formation increased within a wide range with the rising of the number of fungi and of cellulose decomposers.
