摘要
The German Olympic Team 2008 contains of approximately 35% soldiers and policemen. This particular form of employment allows high performance athletes to lead a more or less financially stress free and sport focussed life. If tested positive in a drug test, the sanctions are clear. The situation for abuse of legal and illegal substances is handled differently in the free economy, although risks are high no strict and clear rules are applied and neither social support is offered. Attitudes, reasons, causes and ethic aspects which may nevertheless result in a violation are being examined. Consequences for occupational medicine are drawn.
