ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION VS. HEALTH PROMOTION IN SCHOOLS

In this paper the author makes a measured analysis of the complementary relationship between Environmental Education and Health Promotion at the starting point in both attention to the care that men should make their environment in order to achieve focus preservation thereof counteract environmental degradation and therefore promote higher quality of life and health of man as chief promoter of their environment and their health. Referring to how disasters that occur in the environment and changes in consequences suffered the same is due to the proliferation of communicable and non-communicable chronic diseases and as an appropriate environmental education and health promotion from the educational process-education contributes to the protection of the environment and human health gaining in quality of life.
