摘要：
SPICE3 is a program designed to simulate integrated circuits on distributed memory parallel processors. It is based on the well-known circuit simulation program, SPICE. Currently there are two versions of SPICE3 - versions 1.2 and 2.0. Both versions parallelize device linearization. Version 1.2 uses direct methods to solve the resulting sparse linear systems, while 2.0 uses parallel iterative methods.
