摘要
The purpose of this research was to address communication as a foundation for the development of strategic planning in public organizations. We applied a literature review on communication, strategic planning and how they affect the job performance of public organizations. It was intended, through this article, confronting some theoretical concepts of Berlo (2005) and Manes (2005). Nominal technique was used as teamwork dynamics in order to achieve a more objective view of the impact of human interaction in the operational development of public agencies. It was concluded that no institution escapes the challenges posed by constant communication situations that generate the daily workings of an organization, strategic planning begins to define the actions to take to improve public service. The success of public bodies is based on communication and this is fundamental to the design, development and implementation of organizational strategic planning. Under this premise, you must answer a few goals and strategic purposes, necessary to maintain an adequate and high-level management, to achieve this it is essential that all human capital organization that integrates and unifies own content criteria adapted to the reality and necessity of time and circumstances under which they can achieve the goals that the organization intends to fulfill.
