HYPERFINE-STRUCTURE IN THE (0,0,0) (X)TILDE(2)SIGMA+ STATE OF CAOH OBSERVED BY PUMP-PROBE MICROWAVE OPTICAL DOUBLE-RESONANCE

摘要
A pump/probe microwave-optical double resonance experiment has been performed on calcium monohydroxide, CaOH, using the technique of laser ablation/supersonic expansion for production of the compound. Frequencies associated with the three lowest pure rotational transitions in the (0,0,0) X̃2Σ+ vibronic state were observed with a resolution of &80 kHz (FWHM) and were analyzed to give the spectroscopic parameters (in MHz): B = 10023.0841(7), D = 0.01154(5), γ = 34.7593(10), bF(H) = 2.602(3), c(H) = 2.053(10). The proton hyperfine interactions were interpreted in terms of a molecular orbital description for the X̃2Σ+ state. © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
