摘要
Two-dimensional J-resolved and correlated H-1 NMR spectra with complete water suppression have been obtained to further characterize a metabolic pattern for normal and pathological human plasma samples. H-1 COSY spectra have been recorded on plasma from 12 patients with cancer in order to check for the possible presence of fucose. Our results show that there is no evidence for the presence of fucosylated lipids in the plasma of these patients.
