摘要：

Partial trisomy 4q is a chromosomal anomaly with a well defined clinical spectrum. The most consistent clinical features are failure to thrive, cranio-facial dysmorphic features and visceral malformations. The chromosome aberration is frequently due to a balanced translocation in one of the parents. We report an additional case with a still undescribed malformations, as laryngeal hypoplasia and choanal athresia.
