摘要
In the past few decades, we have noticed several limits imposed on accessing, remaining, and attaining success in school. Such limits have been pointed out not only by studies, but also by the reference document the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC) prepared for the National Conference on Education. In this paper, we cover, as an analytical axis, access to knowledge, not merely to school vacancies, and single out limits and possibilities there are inside schools as a result of research.
