Digital technology provides us with exciting new tools that can have a major impact on education, health, commerce, and other sectors of civil society. This technology benefits all countries and people, but has a special attraction for developing countries in that it can help to accelerate their integration into the world economic community. This paper present information security in the banks and the effectiveness of the computer information systems and security policy.
