REFLECTION ELEMENTS TO SUBSTANTIATE RESEARCH IN GEOGRAPHY CENTERED ON TIME-SPACE-TERRITORY RATIO

From the 90s, in Brazil and other countries has increased the researches arguments about territory and territoriality, concepts that have more and more centrality in the geography. And is in this context of constant renew of this science that outstand some elements that can support and orient the effectiveness of research centre in the relation time-space-territory. In the first part of the text, we outstand some characteristics of the knowledge production process, as a movement that needs always being deep and complete. In the second part, we outstand the concepts of time, space and territory, showing their differences and point out for its relation of complementarities as general orientation in a process of research and for the action in projects of territorial development.
