摘要
This article is the result of a research done in a multinational of chemical segment, which presents and discusses the management level vision about changes in organizational structure occurred in 2007. The process is analyzed in organizational cultures theories, approaching issues such as hierarchy, control unit and the organization interests. The interdependence character of the organizational structure and role of the Organizational Man are also treated with structural theory, while the power discussion is done through the point of view of the organization and of the employees.
