摘要：

This article has for aim show the features of continuity, the variations and adjustments that the set of neoliberal policies - designed by the international organizations of credits to be applied in Latin America-suffered in Argentina. To fulfill with this aim this article analyzes four processes of legal reforms sanctioned in Argentina between the mid seventies and beginning of the 21st Century.
