17 years after completing anterior-posterior and posterior-anterior postoperative fractionated external-beam radiotherapy for ovarian cancer, perianal radionecrosis developed and was diagnosed. The medical history, the findings 7 and 18 years after radiotherapy, and the diagnostic work-up are demonstrated.
