At the both cases, an oroantral fistula on the palate was detected. By the microbiological and pathological findings, the diagnosis of mucormycosis was made certain. At the radiologic test the involvement of paranasal and cavernous sinus were detected. The both patients underwent systemic amphoterisin B therapy and drainage - debridement of sinus. With the treatment, general improvement of the patients and the regression of periorbital eudema and propitosis were observed, but any recovery of the cranial nerves were not detected. Even mucormycosis is seen rarely, it is a fatal infection. An urgent systemic antifungal therapy with surgery may rescue the life. It must not be forgotten that because of the ocular paralysis, the patients may apply to the ophthalmologist at first.
