摘要：

Definitional aspects of the terms "e-government" and "e-governance" in the framework of the new model of public administration are considered. The international revision of practical steps in e-government institutionalization, including Ukraine is made. Results of statistical analysis of indicators of the e-government development in the world (analysis was made by using Kohonen networks) are presented and the situation and prospects for Ukraine in this process are described.
