摘要
A test of wavelength discrimination was proposed with strict, self-contained controls for brightness cues. The procedure may be used to screen animals in comparative studies of wavelength discrimination and to test subjects repeatedly before and after brain lesions in experiments aimed at determining which brain structures are necessary for wavelength discrimination. The procedure was applicable to the dichromatic thirteen-lined ground squirrel (Citellus tridecemleneatus).
