This article examines the theoretical current vitality of the Marxism in authors as Poulantzas and Gramsci, who finds its presence on having returned on the central question of the State, which leads directly to the political thing and the policy. Under critical propositions, both authors analyze political forms that design a new relationship of forces when the hegemonic State does crisis. Today we know the reaction it has accentuated, authoritarian, the "liberal" speech. But, beyond, not only it allows to value the radical democracy, involved in the movements of the popular masses, but, especially, it allows to think about its incidence under the form of the State in a transitional way: it is like a break of its device while emerges a "non-State"; or, as a "democratic radical transformation" of its functioning, while emerge a new political relation, because the crisis is organic. There, a new hegemony develops.
