摘要
A first approach to the use of information and communication Technologies (ICTs) by older people, from an educational point of view, is shown. Older people can come closer to ICTs in order to learn about them: training courses, digital alphabetization, and then fill the digital gap. They also can learn using ICTs, making easier for them to begin studying other subjects like: languages, history or photography. This fact might be essential for the permanent education of people. Older people can also teach with ICTs. They can share their knowledge and experiences with other people and then take part actively in their society. Besides, some of the initiatives and projects that are being carried out in order to fill the digital gap.
