摘要
Volatile substances of dwars elder fruits were studied. The pentane-diethyletheric extract of the substances was obtained by destillating-extractive method. After its concentration on Vigreux colone it was separated by gas chromatography. 42 compounds were identified (11 alcohols, 9 aldehydes and ketones, 10 esthers, 6 hydrocarbons and 6 other compounds). The highest were the proportions of eugenol (26,8 %) and valeric acid (16.1 %). The proportions of other compounds - methyl salicylate, hexane-ol, 2-hexen-1-ol, pentadecanoic acid, 2-hexen-al, citronellal (3,7-dimethyl-6-octen-1-ol), methyl palmitate, 7-methyle-icosane and methyl linoleate - varied between 1 - 10 %. The rest of the compounds was present in smaller amounts. Some of the components were identical with the substances isolated from the fruits of golden elder (Sambucus nigra L.).
