Specimens of Mo-Ni powder mixtures containing 1, 5, 10, and 20% Ni were used. The alloys are two-phase systems consisting of molybdenum and delta -phase according to the phase diagram. The structure and nonequilibrium state depend on chemical composition and sintering regimes. The delta -phase is preferentially distributed along the grain boundaries of molybdenum. An increase in hardness due to the presence of delta -phase takes place only when the porosity decreases up to 10-20%.
