摘要
The problem and the solution. The national climate is currently one in which many religious and political entities actively oppose sexual and gender identity minorities. Human resource development professionals, with expertise in learning and education, advocacy, organizational change, and research are uniquely positioned to work on behalf of equity and the well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered persons in the workplace.
