摘要：

This paper deals with overview analysis of components determining physical and mental health of the ability of educational institutions to organize and form healthy way of life. We have chosen a number of priority directions in the system of organization of educational and health-improving activities in educational institutions, possibility of government bodies to control the level of youth's motivation to increase the "Culture of Health".
