摘要
The effects of different salts on protein-protein interactions in concentrated ribonuclease A solutions have been investigated using fluorescence anisotropy. It is observed that fluorescence anisotropy always exhibits a linear dependence on protein concentration. The virial coefficient remains constant for salt concentrations which do not lead to crystallization whereas it sharply increases for salt concentrations corresponding to crystal growth. This peculiar behavior has permitted us to determine new crystallization conditions.
