A case of malignant cerebellar schwannoma is presented in a woman aged 61 years. A malignant schwannoma of the cerebellum has not been previously reported in the literature. The histological, immunocytological, and ultrastructural properties suggested that this lesion was a malignant, partially epitheloid schwannoma.
