摘要：

Environmental and economic benefits of re manufacturing are stressed. Current status of remanufacturing industry in Korea is also presented, and its promotion strategy is outlined. Key ideas for its promotion are 1) to set up quality standards, 2) to operate pilot plants for the products whose quality standards should be established, 3) to establish and operate Korea National Remanufacturing Center, and 4) to enact a legislation on remanufacturing.
