摘要
The influence of hold time on the plasticity of iron at 720-870-degrees-C is investigated. It is shown that an increase in hold time of specimens from 6 to 15 min and more leads to a significant increase in plasticity. The increase in plasticity correlates with the change in dislocation structure of the metal, which consists of transformation of twins into cellular dislocation accumulations.
