摘要
The second-generation digital camera process LSI has realized power consumption lower by 547 mW than that of the first generation by employment of 3.3V operating voltage and narrower design rule. VIEWCAM is supposed to be used at outdoors and highbrightness of LCD backlight is very important and necessary. Down sizing and low power consumption are also important. We employed ''One LAMP edge-light'' method for The LCD backlight. For power supply section we miniaturized the scale of circuit and improved the efficiency of power supply for the backlight.
