摘要
The dielectric response of single crystals of betaine phosphate in the antiferrodistortive phase is studied between 64 and 400 GHz. The dielectric data can be explained on the basis of a single Debye relaxation with a slowing-down of the relaxation frequency on approaching the antiferroelectric transition temperature Tc2. A theoretical description of the dielectric behavior of betaine phosphate and the highly deuterated compound is possible within the frame of the modified one-dimensional Ising model. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.
