摘要
The electronic structure of molybdenum disilicide in hexagonal (C40) structure has been calculated using the Relativistic Linear Muffin-Tin Orbital (RLMTO) method. The band structure, the l-projected densities of states, the complex dielectric function, the optical conductivity, and the electron energy-loss spectra are evaluated in the energy range from 0 to 10 eV.
