摘要
Buried magneto-optic garnet channel waveguides with a core shaped in a symmetrical parallel trapezium are prepared by liquid phase epitaxy on etched double layers. Bi and Ga substituted yttrium iron garnet (YIG) double layers were grown on gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG) substrates in a single dipping process by utilizing the film composition dependence upon rotation rate.
