摘要：
The determination of ionic patterns in flax seed tissues was carried out using Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry imaging. Using Fast Atom Bombardment or the low current density O-2(+) probe we were able to image the ionic distributions in thick seed sections. The main cations exhibited clear cut regionalization. Two classes of protein bodies differing in their relative contents of potassium and calcium were observed.
