摘要
Psiadia coronopus, a threatened endemic species from Rodrigues in the Indian Ocean, could be micropropagated by axillary budding on a MS medium containing 5-mu-M BA alternating with culture on a medium devoid of plant growth regulators. Microcuttings were rooted in vitro and reestablished.
