摘要
The increased interaction between the Armed Forces and the civil society in our society requires the readaptation of the current circumstances. It means an increased awareness of social problems and continuous adaptation to changes in the environment. This paper research describes changes occurring in the way we understand contemporary military culture, analyzing their composition, basic functions, and its image in society. Secondly, it tries to show that defense culture evolves at the same pace as society, removing and incorporating new elements as the environment in which it operates becomes more complex. Finally, this study provides data to understand military organizations from the viewpoint of the theories of the sociology of organizations.
